This Mothers Day create a special time and place to pamper Mum or if you can’t be with your Mum send her this how-to so she can take the time for self-care on her special day.
What you/Mum will need;
- ME&MY Mothers Day gift set including shampoo and Coco Fusion Masque Treatment
- Hair towel
- Candles, bath oils/bombs/salts, a good book, a glass of wine, a great play list or netflix movie/binge watching series – or set the scene with whatever helps aid relaxation
- Shower/bath/water
- Microwave
1 Create the space for relaxation whether it’s the bath, on the couch in front of netflix, outside in the sunshine. Make sure Mum has peace and serenity!
2 Shampoo hair twice with your ME&MY cleanser/shampoo, towel dry hair (skip this step if hair is already clean).
3 Apply ME&MY Coco Fusion Masque Treatment to hair, concentrating on mid-lengths and ends. Dampen a small towel (one that is ideal for wrapping around your hair), roll it up and microwave for approximately 40 seconds – 1 minute (times may vary), you’ll want it as warm as you can handle. Wrap warmed towel around hair.
4 Relax, unwind and allow hair to immerse itself in the healing benefits of Cacao and Coconut extracts for as long as you like (5 minutes minimum). Have a bath, light some candles, watch netflix, read a book – do whatever helps you/Mum chill out.
5 Rinse Coco Fusion out of hair, massaging scalp gently as you rinse.
